How it works

  1. Download the Launcher. Save and run AmethystL2Launcher.exe.
  2. Install. Pick a folder (about 12 GB free space). Downloads resume if interrupted, and every file is verified.
  3. Play. Log in with your website account. Future updates only download the files that changed.

Something wrong with the game files? Use Repair in the launcher.

Manual install

  1. Download the archive. If it is interrupted, a download manager can resume it.
  2. Extract it (right-click, Extract All) to a folder such as C:\Games.
  3. Run l2.exe from the main Amethyst L2 folder.
  4. Play with your website account.

Manual installs do not update themselves. You can point the launcher at this folder later to keep it updated.
